Holy Moses-

I am taking over billing from a therapist who was doing it themselves and everything is jacked up.  lol I am not sure how to correct it.  Sometimes claims were filed through SP and sometimes directly through BCBS. She did not appear to invoice clients but charged them on Stripe but I am not clear for what exactly.  I love the the automatic allocation in SP but I am not sure how to fix this mess.  Please help.
