Medicare is Creepy!

Hi! As of January 1st 2022 I am opting out of all insurances. I only had 2 left and have not seen anyone with medicare for 6 years.  Sadly they say you cannot opt-out of Medicare as an occupational therapist.

My question is this:

How do I establish NO relationship with them so I can see Wellness patients in the future?
