Deleted customized form

So, I inadvertently deleted a form that I had painstakenly created (not a template).  I still have the preview of it on a tab.  Is there any way I can save the preview or get the form back?  Thanks!

  Hi Ruth,

  We cannot recover the deleted form from your account. To maintain the highest level of security and remain HIPAA-compliant, we do not hold onto deleted or unsaved data, therefore, you will need to re-create this form.
