Claim was rejected because it was submitted to the wrong place

    Hi Suzannah,

    In order to resolve this, you will need to resubmit the claims through SimplePractice so that they are sent to our clearinghouse and can be then accepted from the insurance payer. If you are having issues with setting up claim submissions through SimplePractice, I recommend contacting our Customer Success Team. Click on the ? icon in your account > Ask Questions > No > Contact Support > Send an Email Request.
