    Hi Laura,

    This setting is automatically enabled in every customers account. To turn it on within a session, go to the video settings for the session and then select the blurred background option. This can only be done once you have opened a session.

    Good day. I tried the setting, but it says that it's only available for Chrome, Edge and Opera browsers. Will Firefox be phased in one day?

    I have chrome but the blurred background needs tweaking.  Is that being looked at?  Clients complain some of my face is now blurred.

    Hi there,

    Yes, we are looking into eventually adding the blurred background feature to Firefox in the future.

    We are also currently evaluating how we can alter our blurred background feature so that it is smoother and less distracting during Telehealth sessions and we will continue to make updates as we better understand those issues that need to be resolved.

    Is there any progress in making the therapist's face outline better and not so blurry when using backgrounds? Clients complain it is too distracting still. Thank you so much.
