What is HI02-01='ABF'?

I keep getting rejections that say: [ ICD-10-CM Diagnosis Code (897) when HI02-01='ABF'. Segment HI is defined in the guideline at position 2310 ] 

I don't know what most of this means. I've tried looking up glossaries and I've reached out to the insurance company, but they have no record of these claims, so I believe that they aren't making it past the clearinghouse. It seems to only be affecting Blue Cross Blue Shield claims and now I have four patients that I cannot bill electronically for.
