How can I add a diagnosis to my list? Why can't we access a list of diagnoses to pick from?

  Hi Wendy,

  We currently use the ICD-10 diagnosis descriptions from CMS.gov since they frequently keep their list updated. If you would like to have a code added to this list, please create a Help Request and provide the ICD-10 code and its description. Once the Customer Success Team receives those from you, they’ll verify this and add it to our system if it is a billable code. A good website to use to check diagnosis codes is icd10data.com.
