    my preferred browser is Avast Secure Browser - A Chromium based browser.  I also tried to process cards using Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.  Same result in all 3 browsers - the system seems to lock up.  No accept nor reject of the card.   This does not appear to be a Browser issue.

    Hi Dan,

    If you have tried clearing your cache on all the browsers you have tried, I recommend creating a Help Request so that our Customer Success Team can investigate what may be causing this issue. Click on the ? icon in your account > Ask Questions > No > Contact Support > Send an Email Request.
