I need to vent a little: being directed and redirected to the same "help" page is not helpful, plus it has a lot of information on it which makes it very cumbersome. Also, contacting a chat person who just sends me back to the same page is insulting. I installed the new Ios for my MacBook and since then I am getting the error message, "We can't connect to the room" with the camera covered over by an x. Previous clients asked the same question and SP response is: see the guide or we will connect you to a support specialist via email--why is not the support specialist on chat or available for a phone call?
