Help Guide is not helpful
AnsweredI need to vent a little: being directed and redirected to the same "help" page is not helpful, plus it has a lot of information on it which makes it very cumbersome. Also, contacting a chat person who just sends me back to the same page is insulting. I installed the new Ios for my MacBook and since then I am getting the error message, "We can't connect to the room" with the camera covered over by an x. Previous clients asked the same question and SP response is: see the guide or we will connect you to a support specialist via email--why is not the support specialist on chat or available for a phone call?

I see that the person you were speaking with on chat created a Help Request for you. Someone on our team will be able to troubleshoot this with you since you have already completed the steps listed in the Help Center guide. Just for some more context, whenever a customer is experiencing Telehealth issues, we always want to verify that they completed the steps in the Help Center guide. Sometimes this can immediately solve the problem and sometimes it doesn't which leads us to begin to troubleshoot and investigate this with the customer since the Help Center guide steps had been ruled out.
