I have been having trouble connecting with clients via the iPad Air. I have the latest version of the app installed. Yesterday I had 8 sessions. 4 of them worked the other 4 I had to quickly switch to my IPhone 12 to do the sessions.
I can wait for them in the room and then see that they are connecting. They may not see or hear me, or I may not be able to see or hear them. As soon as I try on the IPhone it connects perfectly.
Is there a fix for this?
