Stop access for ex employee

I run a group practice and when we have clinicians leave, I need a way to keep the clinician's profile active, but disallow access by the clinician. We have to keep SP active for a week or so to get all the billing tied up, but if a clinician is no longer with the practice they should not be able to access client charts/info. Is there a way to do this right now?

When you remove a clinician's profile from your account, you have the ability to re-assign all the clients assigned to that clinician, to someone else in your account. By doing this, you will not need to keep the clinician's account open so that you can resolve the billing for that clinician's clients. When the clinician is leaving, go to Settings > Team Members > delete the team member > reassign the clients. Then the clinician will no longer have access and you can work on resolving the billing for those clients.
