Enter Key in Messages

When will hitting the enter key be fixed in sending message? It is such a pain to hit the enter key and have the message send. Pretty much every website I use has the enter key act as a CR and not as a "Send" button. It's very cumbersome to send secure messages and typically have to type them in an outside program and then copy and paste into Simple Practice messaging... this seems very antiquated.
