Inaccurate Client Credit

Hi, I've looked through similar posts, but none of the directions have been able to resolve this. I have a Client that has a Credit on their account- but I am not sure where this is coming from? How can I correct this?

  Hi Jillian,

  Since these issues require a look into this client's profile to identify where the credit is coming from, I have gone ahead and created a Help Request on your behalf so that someone from our Customer Success team can follow up with you to assist with resolving this.
