    Hi Natalie,

    This error message could be due to a few different things. I recommend clearing your cache and checking with your client to make sure that the credit card they gave you is valid. If this does not resolve the issue, you can create a Help Request so that our team can look into this. Click on the ? icon in your account > Ask Questions > No > Contact Support > Send an Email Request.
