Unable to create superbill
AnsweredI can't create a Superbill for one client's October appts. It keeps saying there are no billable appts during October, which isn't true. I appreciate any guidance.

This might be the case if you have already created a superbil for this client for October since only one superbill can be created for a timeframe, however, I have gone ahead and created a Help Request on your behalf so that someone from our Customer Success team can follow up with you and look further into this.
