When can I expect my first payout in Simple practice ? A friend of my who also uses Simple practice said she had to have her account verified by way of a phone call appointment. I have not been notified of this? How do I know when my expected next payout will be ?

  Hi Louise,

  Once you complete all the information on the Settings > Billing and Services > Online Payments page, your account will go into review and we will email you once that is complete so that our team can set up a call with you to finish verifying your account. Once you have done this, you can select your payout schedule so that you can determine when you will receive your first payout.
