Autopay turns off? What?

I'm having same problem as Cristina.  Most clients are set up on autopay, but recently they were all unchecked except for 2. This is happening to our self pay clients (don't accept insurance). What's going on?  I guessed as to who was set on autopay.  I do have credit cards for some who prefer to send a check or pay via Venmo.  I guess I need to periodically take a screenshot.
