    Hi Sukhpinder,

    The "load previous note" button has not been removed or moved to a different location. If you are not seeing this option then I recommend clearing your cache since that sometimes effects the appearance of buttons. If you still continue to not see this button option, you can create a Help Request so that our Customer Success team can look further into this. Click on the ? icon in your account > Ask Questions > No > Contact Support > Send an Email Request.
