make duplicate ROIs

I want to have duplicate ROI forms for each client but don't see the + icon next to the ROI template that would allow me to make copies.  How do I do this?

  Hi Shawn,

  When you go to Settings > Notes and Forms, this is the button that you will need to click in order to duplicate your ROI template:
