Not able to email form more than once

    Hi Lesley,

    If the client hasn't activated their Client Portal, you can resend the Client Portal invitation by going to the client's Overview page > Edit > Client Portal. I recommend having the client check their junk/spam folder to see if they can find the email there. Additionally, you can confirm that the email was delivered by checking the Send Emails Report. If the client has already activated their Client Portal account, you can delete and resend the form, or send the client your Client Portal URL so that they can log in to complete the form. You Client Portal URL can be found at Settings > Client Portal.
