Still can't unlock notes

Hello, I cannot unlock my supervisee's notes once I have signed and locked them.  In searching for the answer in this help section, I keep seeing the response as "a help request has been created for you."  No actual instructions.  There is no "unlock note" option on any of my signed and locked notes,

  Hi Annaliese,

  A supervisor cannot unlock a note for a supervisee once they have locked it. However, the supervisee does have the ability to unlock a note if the supervisor had locked it, therefore, you will need to request them to unlock it for you.
