Secondary insurance claim
AnsweredSecondary insurance was added after primary was billed. I have added secondary insurance, but have to file secondary insurance claim button. How do I file a secondary claim?

Thank you Sara. I have already seen that article, but I do not have a secondary claim button option. The secondary insurance was added after the claim was processed by the primary insurance company. I don't know if that is why it doesn't show up, but it isn't an available option. I am hoping to figure out a way to get it to show, or another option to file a secondary claim.
