Temporarily deactivate therapist

We have a therapist who needs to go on leave, but plans to return the practice.  How do we remove her temporarily until she returns.  I saw that you can delete, but that will cause a whole new log-in for her when she returns.  Is there another option?

  Hi Kim,

  You can either delete the team member, or downgrade them to a free non-clinical team member role and then upgrade them again when they come back. Keep in mind that with both of these options, you will need to re-assign all of the clinician's clients to another clinician or yourself while they are either deleted or downgraded. Once you add them back as a clinician you can then re-assign the clients back to them.
