Keeping Track of Insurance Payments

Hi, 

I receive the automatic payment reports, which is helpful. However, once I get the paper checks, I was wondering if there an easy/streamlined way to keep track of which payouts were received by insurance as a way to make sure I actually got paid for each session. Does anyone have a method for doing this?
