Can I set up Simple Practice so that it does NOT allow clients to input insurance information?

If I only accept self-pay clients, is there a way to not allow clients to input insurance information? This seems like storing an unnecessary amount of personal information that will not be used by me for billing. Thank you.

  Hi Jessica,

  Yes, you can do this by removing the insurance section from your Demographics Form. To do this, go to Settings > Client Portal > Shared Documents and Files > Demographics Form > unselect Insurance.
