Hi All,

I was under the impression that the Good Faith Estimate Template would be accessible to us but I cannot  find it. Has anyone else been able to access and use it?

  Hi Kimberly,

  The template can be found by going to Settings > Notes and Forms > Template Library > Assessments > Good Faith Estimate for Health Care Items and Services to them add the template to your library.
