    I just came on here to ask about this as I noticed it too.  My clients are getting their email and text reminders halfway through our session.  Can someone please advise on how to remedy this?

    The issue of Telehealth reminders being delayed is something that we noticed occurring yesterday. Our team has requested that anyone who encountered this should create a Help Request so that our Customer Success Team can look into this. Click on the ? icon in your account > Ask Questions > No > Contact Support > Send an Email Request.
