telehealth links are being sent after the appointment time
AnsweredI've noticed that for my telehealth appointments today the link is not being sent 10 minutes before the appointment but about 30 minutes after. I did send a link to one client through my email but they were still unable to get on. The other clients must have used previous links, at that time I was not aware of the problem

The issue of Telehealth reminders being delayed is something that we noticed occurring yesterday. Our team has requested that anyone who encountered this should create a Help Request so that our Customer Success Team can look into this. Click on the ? icon in your account > Ask Questions > No > Contact Support > Send an Email Request.
