Removing cash payment as option
AnsweredI have another provider who sometimes submits payments and was accidentally selecting "cash" in the payment tab when the credit card would not process. This created a deficit of a few thousand dollars in a few months. I noticed there does not appear to be a great reporting system for types of payments specific to cash, credit, etc. wondering if anyone has experienced this and if there is a way to eliminate cash payment as an option, as we never take cash. Any ideas?

I wonder if the simple practice team would be open to allowing practices to eliminate certain payment options that aren’t conducive to group structures. It’s hard to track cash payments or much simpler if everything is run through credit card in simple practice. I’d love it if they could give that control over to practice owners.
