Is this new pricing structure what clinicians are asking for? It says, to better align with customer needs. I wouldn't mind meeting the clinicians that said "Appointment reminders, nah, we don't need that. That's not helpful in my practice".
I can't believe I have to pay $30 extra to get appointment reminders in this new pricing structure. That should be a feature across the board for all levels. Pretty disappointed in SimplePractice right now :(
