On the TRY THESE TIPS on the page acknowledging a client link request  https://xxxxxxxx.clientsecure.me/sign-in#

Please consider ADDING "UPDATES" and "BULK" to

Step 2 Check your Spam/Junk folder. so that it reads

Step 2 Check your Spam/Junk/Bulk/Updates folders.

 

This will help both Yahoo and GMAIL users locate the email.
