I need a feature for clients in different time zones.

I'm licensed in multiple states and need a time zone feature for the client's reminders.  I have a plan specifically to use appointment reminders.  this has been a request for many providers for over a year.  the disclaimer is not helpful to clients - please advise on this requested feature.
