Hello,

I was having trouble navigating simple practice and my friend who referred me said she got a an email to sign up for a free call to help her get set up and settled into the program.

I couldn't find the option to schedule a call and haven't gotten an email about it. Does anyone know what steps I take to get a support call?

  Hi Braxton,

  You would have received an email with a link to schedule this call on day 7 of your trial. Since you aren't able to find this email, I have gone ahead and created a Help Request on your behalf so that someone from our Customer Success team can follow up with you to provide it.
