Not a good look Simple Practice
I join every other therapist in the frustration that in order to keep features we have already had we need to pay 40% more. I don't understand why current clients weren't considered for their loyalty and grandfather'd in. Unfortunately the calendar sync is a deal breaker for me so I will need to explore other options. I have used SP for 3 years. This is not going to be an easy transition. It is extremely frustrating that SP is turning off comments on the posts that are expressing anger and frustration over this.
Edit to add: I saw this response on another therapists comment. With regard to this becoming an "echo chamber", what does that tell you SP? And then to turn off comments because they are getting inundated? Seriously???

The reason that we are closing comments in these posts is because they have been turning into an echo chamber of the same sentiments around our recent pricing change that we have seen across all SimplePractice social media accounts. Our Community Team who monitors this forum as well as our larger company are fully aware of everyones feedback as we are actively sending these posts to our team to review. If there are any questions about the pricing change, we are here to answer those and facilitate those discussions, but posts where there are repetitive sentiments on the pricing change will have comments closed once the feedback is submitted to our team by us."
