Hello. Earlier this week, my video started to lag in all my telehealth sessions on Simple Practice. I believe that this problem is specific to Simple Practice because I upgraded my internet and Zoom platform works fine. This is terribly distracting, as my sound comes out and then later my lips move. It looks super weird and is distracting for clients. How can I fix this? I feel like an 80's version of the computer generated Max Headroom.
