A Client wanted just "professional services" on her statement, but now wants to change previous statements to CPT code, due to a legal issue. Is there a way to change her past statements in this way?

  Hi Ronald,

  Since statements cannot be edited, you will need to delete the statement, make the change, and then recreate it. To change the service description, go to Settings > Billing and Services > Service Description where you can edit this information before recreating the statement for the client.
