MN UCare Claim rejections in 2022

Has anyone else in MN been struggling to get UCare PMAP claims to process in 2022? I had no problems with it in 2021 - but now they are all getting rejected.

*I have tried both the 2021 ID number and the new 2022 ID number. Both result in rejections.

Any suggestions or things that have worked for you?
