We have a client that did not pay their cost shares. We sent to collections, and said client is filing bankruptcy. What is the best way to handle this? How do we create a write off?

  Hi Kayla,

  You can add a write off for a client's payment by going to the client's Overview page > Billing > Edit in the appointment box > enter in the Write Off amount > Save. This will then show that the appointment has been paid for and then invoice will be marked as paid.
