Appointment expiration if paperwork is not completedAnswered
I was wondering if there is a setting that could make an appointment "expire" if paperwork is not completed. We have been having issues with no-shows, and I feel if a client shows the investment of completing our paperwork, then they will be more likely to show for the appointment. I would like to send them the portal link and all the paperwork and if it isn't completed in 72 hours, the appointment will be released and opened back up for someone else.
Thank you for this suggestion. At this time, there is no way to make an appointment expire automatically if the client does not complete paperwork, therefore, I recommend adding this as an idea to our Ideas and Suggestions Board.
