View Your Clinicians Dashboard
AnsweredAnyone know if there's a way to "view dashboard" as your clinicians and make minor changes? There are some settings I would like to change on the individual clinician level, but without burdening the clinician or compromising her password by logging in as her. Somehow one of my clinicians has an existing-client only location showing on the calendar widget online booking. New clients are only supposed to be able to select phone call to book a consultation, but it is offering them our main telehealth location or phone location. I'd like to fix this but can't seem to be able to fix it just on the admin side. My other clinicians don't have this online booking issue.

There is no way to edit a clinicians permissions and settings, however, you can edit another clinicians availability for them. If you click on their availability block, you can change the location for that block. The only way to remove the option for that clinician to use that location again would be to delete that location entirely. All clinicians will always have access to all locations that you have added to the account.
