Sharing patients between two providers in same practice

I have a new employee with same credentials as mine.  I want her to take some of the patients from my panel.  When I put them on her schedule, she is unable to load my previous note (or even see them).

What can I do so that she has full access to all my notes?  I have given her admin access level, but that doesn't help and I really don't want her to have access to all reports.

  Hi Lechia,

  Clinicians can only load the previous note from their own note history, not other clinicians. If you are wanting this clinician to load a previous note that they have not added themselves, then they will need to re-create all of the previous notes information. If you and the clinician are both assigned to the same client, the other clinician can copy and paste one of the previous notes that they see added for the client into a new note.
