    I agree that the price hikes are substantial. I'm sure that they calculated for an x number of cancellations as a consequence prior to settling on these prices, but it's unfortunate, still. Now I have to shop.

    Yeah. This was an odd roll out to say the least. No e-mail or explanation. Just a headline at the top of my calendar when I logged on today. This was an EHR designed by a clinician, but this move lost that touch. Explanation at the very least is needed. I love most things SP but I'm not opposed to finding alternatives that at least have better communication with the user base.

    I went from 69 + 49 for an extra clinician month to 99+99  no extra service.  almost doubled over night!  I guess I will have to start shopping as much as I hate to switch.

    I agree. I was on the medium plan because I use the calendar and Telehealth and now I have to pay more for the 99 plan. Very annoying when you don't even use everything. Wish you could select features yourself and build a plan :(

    Totally agree.  My pricing went from $59/mo. to $99/mo. just so I can keep the same features I have now, which includes the Calendar Syncing feature.  Not cool.
