What the heck is with the new price and why am I being bullied into buying the more expensive package with features I don't want or need? This feels predatory and to top it off, there is NO WAY speak with customer service. This is unacceptable!
AnsweredThis rate increase is insane and is a HUGE slap in the face to loyal customers. I now have to evaluate whether to switch to a new provider as simple practice has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! I know I'm just shouting into the void but if anyone works here, how the heck can I talk to a human?

- Simplified your insurance billing - The Add Insurance Payments flow was enhanced to help you save time and reduce the number of potential claim errors.
- Integrated your marketing solutions - In addition to the Professional Website builder, we created Monarch—a fully integrated therapist directory where you can list your practice.
We will also continue to uphold our commitment to providing world class customer support. Our US-based Customer Success team makes up more than 50% of our company, and we’re proud to share that we have employees who bring firsthand experience from across the health and wellness industry.
