How does everyone send mass emails to clients since Simple Practice doesn't trust us to be able to do it ourselves?

  export contacts/demographics and covert to CSV file and import into Constant Contact

  Thank you!  How do you covert it to a CSV file though?  When I downloaded the contacts/demo, it came as individual contact cards for each and every client.  How do you convert that?

  I used this site online https://anyconv.com/vcf-to-csv-converter/

   

  But just search convert VCF to CSV and you will find other ways to convert

  Thank you.  Just to be clear, you have to convert every single individual VCF to a CSV, then it comes through as one excel spreadsheet?  It's crazy that we have to go through all of this trouble because SP doesn't trust professionals to send HIPAA compliant emails.

  How do I download the v cards? I found the second step in this thread https://support.simplepractice.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360076258851-Sending-form-to-all-clients- but I need to export the v cards. How is this done?
