calendar syncing
AnsweredI am very disappointed in your latest package offerrings. I chose the $69.00 package which is higher that many other electronic packages for a mid-tier package, and then discovered that calendar syncing was no longer available. This is a vital feature for me, and will cause more time, and increase the likelyhood of missing an appointment becasue I had to separately enter the appointment in two separate calendars. I am very upset with your decision. I read the comment of why this was done , but the bottom line is that I do not need the "other services " included in the $69.00 package. I am researching other options for my practice. You have just made my work life a lot harder, and I cant image the syncing calendars feature would be very costly for you. Just another way to squeeze money any way you can.

I agree with you; the calendar sync is a basic function - I don't need any of the other premium services they described.

Hi Everyone, we hear you and acknowledge all of the points made in this thread and the other posts in regards to pricing on our forum. We're still carefully reviewing all the comments made on the forum, the feature requests related to the pricing change, and the one-on-one conversations customers have had with our Customer Success Team. At this time, we don't have anything new to report as there will be no changes made to the plans, including calendar sync. But we promise to update this post and all our customers, if we decide to make changes to our new pricing structure.
