Calendar synch, yes another complaintAnswered
I see there are other posts that have already being "answere" and closed regarding how Calendar Synching is only available in Plus plan. I am opening another thread because I feel SP needs to know that there are many more people upset about this.
Your price hike forced me to add 1) Telehealth (for mytype of clients Doxy.me works better 2) Wiley plans (ok, I knew that was coming) and now I need to pay $30 more for a simple feature of sending my calendar info to google. As many others I do not need a website, I do not need insurance billing, I do not want clients to schedule their own appointments. I ONLY need SP to send my info to google calendar, I was so happy with SP for the last 2 years and now, exactly when your business is likely growing the most you bring such a big increase of price? sounds like you want to lose customers! I suddenly have to consider moving from $59 to $99 a month for basically the same features I have enjoyed for 2 years... hmmm... is it worth it?
Hi Aurolina, we hear you and acknowledge all of the points made on this post and the other posts in regards to pricing on our forum. We're still carefully reviewing all the comments made on the forum, the feature requests related to the pricing change, and the one-on-one conversations customers have had with our Customer Success Team. At this time, we don't have anything new to report as there will be no changes made to the plans, including calendar sync. But we promise to update this post and all our customers, if we decide to make changes to our new pricing structure.
