Repopulate client entered information in Other forms.

Is there a way to repopulate Client's entered information into my initial questionaire----into my initial assessment? I'm guessing not, but that's a good idea for the future.. I have set my intake form up to mirror my intake assessment so that I can just copy paste and then add and change as necessary. But some of my clients are really good writers lol.
