price increases without flexibility
SP should allow group practices to select and pay for what they need. We do NOT use several of the functions that are included (insurance billing, website, Telehealth, Wiley) but we have to pay for them - please make these cafeteria options/choices or I will be taking my practice elsewhere. To pay almost $10,000/year for a software that forces me to pay for functionality I don't need or want is ridiculous. SP keeps adding features that are not wanted but doesn't respond to very simple change requests (e.g., sending an error when someone tries to double book the same room or two appointments for themselves on the schedule)
