Revoke ROI

I need to revoke an ROI for a client and I don't see an easy way to do this. I won't delete the ROI because I need to show I had it in place when I got information. Most EMR programs have a place to "Revoke" with time, date and reason. 

Is there anything in place in SimplePractice for this?

  Very practical suggestion. Thanks for putting it out there. I am interested in this template as well.

  Hi Deborah,

  Currently it is not possible to revoke an ROI. Once the ROI is completed by the client, it becomes a part of the client's record.
