Counseling intern insurance claim submission

I can't find a way for my intern to submit a claim for the counseling sessions she had. She can create the claim but she doesn't have an NPI number, so it gets rejected. In my previous program, I was able to change the rendering provider to me and submit the claim that way. Whey I try to edit her claim and put myself in as the rendering provider, it doesn't take mine.
